Remote Media Processor(RMP) is deployed within your organization to handle the heavy-lifting tasks around file manipulation, local transcoding, DRM encryption, and file transfers. RMP has two versions to cover the myriad file management tasks.
Features of RMP1 include:
- Integration with your local transcoding system including Digital Rapids, On2, Rhozet, Microsoft Windows Encoder, Telestream.
- Encryption via Windows Media Digital Rights Packager.
- File transfers via FTP, SFTP, UNC, HTTP/S, Move Networks
Features of RMP2 include:
- Integration with the Rhozet3 transcoding system and Windows Media Encoder.
- File transfers via FTP, SFTP, UNC, HTTP/S, and Aspera
- Enhanced monitoring and direct task submission makes workflow management and system maintenance easier.
- A Plugin Development Kit to enable additional file transfer protocols and add new transcoding engines and encryption schemes.
