VitalStream MediaConsole MPS Provides Advanced Audio and Video Management for Secure Delivery Over its Global Network

VitalStream will provide customers with a comprehensive publishing solution, enhanced by thePlatform Media Publishing System (MPS), to manage, control, publish and track secure digital audio and video that is sent over VitalStream's advanced content delivery network.
VitalStream will offer this solution to its customers as MediaConsole? MPS. MediaConsole MPS will be available in three configurations, enabling customers to more easily and effectively aggregate, manage, and publish their digital media content:
MediaConsole MPS Commerce. This package will enable VitalStream customers to create storefronts for secure digital media transactions. This turnkey commerce engine allows organizations to sell content through flexible pricing plans, including pay-per-view and time-based subscriptions, on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. Optionally, content can be protected with Windows Media DRM 10, a proven platform for protecting high-quality audio and video.
MediaConsole MPS Portal. This package will enable VitalStream customers to create personalized and searchable end-user audio and video portals using point-and-click interfaces. New portals can be configured and customized instantly, and a rich set of off-the-shelf tools enables content owners to add, preview and approve new media with just a few clicks.
MediaConsole MPS Basic. This package will offer powerful media management and reporting capabilities.
Additionally, this new solution can be extended by VitalStream, its channel partners and developers with additional features and custom commands, including integration into existing business systems, such as billing and e-commerce, using a sophisticated software development kit (MPS SDK).
