Time Warner Cable and thePlatform Announce Online Video Publishing Agreement

Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC), the second-largest cable operator in the US, and thePlatform, the leading broadband video management and publishing company, today announced that thePlatform will serve as the central backend video management system for Time Warner Cable's Road Runner portal.
Under terms of the agreement, thePlatform will aggregate and publish video content and associated advertising for the popular website. In addition, Time Warner Cable will have access to thePlatform's media player tools in order to create unique video channels and playback experiences for consumers. Road Runner currently offers a wide range of video content from a number of marquee content companies and programmers including: CNN, HBO, Music Choice, and Showtime.
